Restores ally Ki by 20. +15% to damage inflicted by allies for 15 timer counts. Inflicts enemy with Attribute Downgrade "-15% to Strike & Blast Arts Power" for 15 timer counts. Also cancels allies' Attribute Downgrades if a "Tag: Future", "Tag: Event Exclusive", or "Tag: Vegeta Clan" other than this character is a battle member (activates three times).
