Regarding your inquiries about the issue where the same Z Power has been obtained in a row from "Ultra Space-Time Summon #1", we would like to inform our valued players the latest information and apologize for the problem. As per our investigation, during specific dates and times, there has been a bug on part of our Asian Servers, and Consecutive Summons made at that timing had a rare possibility to turn into unusual Summon outcomes.

• 2018/6/2 18:44 (JST) ~ 2018/6/2 19:15 (JST)

• 2018/6/2 20:13 (JST) ~ 2018/6/2 20:15 (JST)

• 2018/6/3 12:28 (JST) ~ 2018/6/3 12:29 (JST)

During the time involved, out of 84,106 times of Consecutive Summon in total, 3,953 of them were made on servers where the issue occured, and 3,701 players were affected in all. Players affected will receive an individual message in the game (which is displayed after login), and will be subject to measures and compensation according to the following policies.

Measures implemented

• Among the Z Power obtained during the times of bugs, the duplicated Z Power will be retrieved

*For cases where the same Z Power has been obtained 10 times in a row, 9 times of the obtained Z Power will be retrieved.

• As compensation, Chrono Crystals x 500, and retrieved times x 100 are sent to affected players.

*Individual notification and compensation will not be available to players who did not access the affected servers during the time of the error. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience we have caused our valued players. We have implemented corrections for the affected server programs, and are taking further measures to ensure the issue no longer occurs.
