[Preview] Upcoming PvP Adjustments

10/28/2026 01:00 AM (CDT) ~ 11/11/2026 03:00 AM (CST)
Thank you for your continued support of Dragon Ball Legends.
We plan to make the following adjustments to improve your PvP experience, starting with the season beginning on 11/11/2026.

Rating Match

PROUD Rules Battle Time Adjustments
These adjustments aim to make PROUD Rules battles, where you use all 6 characters, more enjoyable.
The time limit for all battles will be set to 180 timer counts.
Battle Time
1st Round
180 timer counts
2nd Round
180 timer counts
3rd Round
180 timer counts
Matchmaking System Adjustments
These adjustments aim to reduce skill mismatches in the Challenger League and Rising League.
Beginners who have just started playing and newer players who have just moved up to the Rising League will be less likely to be matched with the already established players in their respective leagues.
Special Rank Up Adjustments
These adjustments aim to reduce skill mismatches in the Legends League at the start of a season.
If you finish a season at Season Rank Diamond ★7 or higher, your Special Rank Up will now place you at Diamond ★3.
This will make intermediate players newly promoted from the Rising League at the start of a season less likely to be matched with the top players in the Legends League.
This Special Rank Up adjustment is scheduled to apply at the start of the season following the update.

Group Adjustments
These adjustments aim to encourage fiercer competition within groups.
We will adjust the number of players assigned to each group.
Groups will be smaller than they are now, making it easier to group players of similar skill levels together.
We will also expand the rank range for Group A.

Rank Up Bonus RP Adjustments
These adjustments apply at Season Rank Master and above, where players earn RP through skill.
The Rank Up Bonus (20 RP) awarded when your Season Rank increases will no longer be granted when you rank up to Season Rank Master or above.

Treasure Battle

Matchmaking System Adjustments
As skill mismatches have been more common than in Rating Matches, we will adjust matchmaking to make casual PvP more enjoyable.

We hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Ball Legends.
