Regarding Issue with "72 Hours Only! 8th ANNIVERSARY THANKS! ULTRA Super Saiyan God SS Vegito Guaranteed Step Summon"

Thank you for your continued support of Dragon Ball Legends. An issue was confirmed with the "72 Hours Only! 8th ANNIVERSARY THANKS! ULTRA Super Saiyan God SS Vegito Guaranteed Step Summon", which was available between and , where the Summon period was shorter than 72 hours for some users. The following actions have been taken as an apology to the players who were unable to play the Summon due to this issue.
Action taken
- For players who were affected by this issue and who played the Summon: Any Chrono Crystals that were used to play the Summon have been refunded. *Applicable to players who did not reach Step 4 (the final step).
- For players who were affected by this issue and who did not play the Summon: 500 Chrono Crystals have been sent.
*It may take time for the items to appear as they are not sent simultaneously.
