Update Contents
Merging Ranks Under Season Rank
To make goals clearer and help players track their progress and current standing, Battle Rank (BR) has been discontinued and Season Rank is now the sole indicator.
To provide a clearer measure of player strength, each Season Rank has been divided into ★1 through ★7.
Season Rank
New Season Ranks Added
"Master" and "Grandmaster" have been added as new top-level Season Ranks.
Also, if you place in the top 100 of the "Godly" Season Rank, your rank icon will change to a special blue design.
These Season Ranks can be reached by meeting the following conditions.
- Reach Season Rank Diamond ★7
- A certain amount of time must have passed since the start of the season
- Achieve a high ranking
| 5000th | 3000th | 1000th | 100th |

Season Rank First-Time Rewards
Following the discontinuation of Battle Rank, "first-time" rewards will now be based on Season Rank.
Even if you have already claimed such rewards for Battle Rank in the past, you can earn these by raising your Season Rank.
There are no "first-time" rewards for the "Master" Season Rank or higher.
Introducing a League System
We have introduced a League System to allow players to battle against other players closer to their skill level.
Based on their rank, players will be assigned to the "Challenger League", "Rising League", or "Legends League".
| Challenger League |
| | This league lets players who are just getting started with Rating Matches build up battle experience with confidence. Since everyone is a beginner, players can take on Rating Matches more casually than before. |
| Rising League |
| | This league matches together players who have progressed beyond the beginner level and developed solid skills. Hone your skills even further here and aim to get promoted to the highest league! |
| Legends League |
| | This league matches the most skilled players against one another. Conquer fierce battles against the best and aim to become the world's strongest! |

League Promotion/Demotion Conditions
Players will be promoted or demoted between leagues at the end of a season if certain conditions are met.
Except in special cases, players will not be promoted or demoted during a season.
Sharpen your skills against others in your league and aim for the top of the rankings!
Season-End Promotion/Demotion Conditions
| League Name | Promotion Conditions | Demotion Conditions |
| Challenger League | RP 2500 or higher | None |
| Rising League | Platinum ★7 and in the top 25% | None |
| Legends League | None | Not participating in the rankings by the end of the season, or placing in the bottom 25% |
Special League Promotion
Players who have reached the advanced Legends League at least once can be promoted back to the Legends League during the season by meeting the requirements, even if they have been demoted to the intermediate Rising League.
If you choose not to be promoted, you will remain in the Rising League.
Special Requirements
Reach Season Rank Platinum ★7
Special Exemption from League Demotion
In recognition of their skill, players who have reached Season Rank "Master" or higher at least once will not be demoted to the intermediate Rising League even if they meet the demotion conditions.
*Except in special cases, players cannot move between leagues during a season.
Matchmaking
You will now only be matched with players of similar skill in the same league.
You will not be matched with players from different leagues.
This rule applies to Rating Matches, Treasure Battles, and Training Battles.
Keep battling to hone your skills and aim for the Legends League, the highest league.
RP Earned
With the introduction of the league system, the amount of RP earned from winning battles has been adjusted to prevent players from ranking up too rapidly.
Winning will now award less RP than before.
Following the discontinuation of Battle Rank, restrictions on the 1st Win RP Bonus will now be determined by Season Rank.
Players at Season Rank Diamond ★7 or higher cannot earn the 1st Win RP Bonus.
Addition of RP lower limit for each league.
When RP is lost after a defeat, it will no longer go below this lower limit.
| League Name | RP Lower Limit |
| Challenger League | 0 |
| Rising League | 3000 |
| Legends League | 10000 |
Rankings and Groups
With the introduction of the league system, the Top World Ranking will be discontinued and rankings will be separated by league.
Ranking Rewards and Group Ranking Rewards have been adjusted.
Please check in-game for details.
In addition, "Champion" and other honorary Titles will primarily be obtainable only from the Legends League, the highest league.
Players who reach the top-level "Godly", "Grandmaster", or "Master" Season Ranks will now be able to earn honorary Titles as Season Rank Rewards.
The requirements for joining each group have also changed with the introduction of the league system.
Your group for the next season will be determined based on your Season Rank at the end of the current season.
| Season Rank at End of Season | Group for Next Season |
| Bronze ★1 ~ Silver ★7 | D |
| Gold ★1 ~ Gold ★7 | C |
| Platinum ★1 ~ Platinum ★6 | B |
| Platinum ★7 ~ Diamond ★1 | A |
| Diamond ★2 ~ Diamond ★6 | S |
| Diamond ★7 ~ Godly | Z |
Tiers
To ensure tiers reflect the latest meta, the full tier update previously performed once every two seasons will now be performed every season.
The rules for placing characters in the "Featured" tier have been adjusted to prevent them from becoming excessively powerful through Zenkai Awakening or exclusive Unique Equipment.
From now on, characters will be placed in the "Featured" tier based on these rules.
| Eligible Characters | Featured Period | Timing of Tier Change |
| New Characters | 4 seasons | Upon release |
| Zenkai Awakened Characters | 4 seasons | Upon Zenkai Awakening |
| Characters with Unique Equipment | 1 season | When Unique Equipment is added |
*If a tier change occurs at any time other than the start of a season, that season will not count toward the character's featured period.
*Characters that receive exclusive Unique Equipment will be placed in Tier C for the season immediately following the end of their featured period.
*New characters released before this update will still receive a full four-season featured period.
*These rules do not apply to characters whose tiers are specially changed for a given season.
