Regarding Compensation for Gift Box Error

Thank you for your continued support of Dragon Ball Legends. Following the maintenance on 08/27/2025 05:00 AM (CDT) until approximately 09/05/2025 03:00 AM (CDT), an error occurred that prevented some users from claiming gifts from the Gift Box. We have confirmed that, due to this error, there were cases where gifts could not be claimed before they expired. Therefore, we have redistributed the expired gifts to the affected users. The redistributed gifts' expiration dates are as follows.

• Multi-Z Power: 10/02/2025 01:00 AM (CDT)
• Other items: 10/04/2025 01:00 AM (CDT)

In addition, the Exchange Shop where the following item could be used closed before this issue was resolved, so it will be reopened. Exchanges will be available until 10/04/2025 01:00 AM (CDT).
