Info on the Interview Application Survey

Thank you for playing Dragon Ball Legends.
As part of our goal to provide a more enjoyable service to everyone, we will be taking applications from customers who are willing to participate and cooperate in an interview.
Please review the following information carefully. If you are interested in applying, kindly respond to the survey.
If there are too many applications, Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to select the candidates for participation in our sole discretion.
If we have selected you to participate in the interview, we will provide detailed information at a later date via a direct call.
Additionally, we will send an SMS message before calling to those customers who can send SMS messages.
Please note that only those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of application are eligible to respond to this survey and participate in the interview.

Tuesday, October 29 - Thursday, October 31, 2024 (PDT)
3 time slots each day 13:00-15:30/16:00-18:30/19:00-21:30
*Please note that you will participate in one interview session, approximately 2~2.5 hours. You can select your preferred date and session on the survey screen.
Location
West area of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
*Participants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and other expenses to and from the venue. Customers are also responsible for communication costs such as telephone calls and Internet use.
*A small reward will be offered to those who participate in the Interview.
*Please note that once the date and time of the event have been confirmed, cancellations and date/time changes are not accepted.

Participation Entry and Eligibility

  • 18 years of age or older at the time of application
  • Able to communicate in English (the interview will be conducted in English only)
  • Able to attend the interview in the West area of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. on the date and time of the interview (transportation expenses are not reimbursed)
  • Currently playing Dragon Ball Legends
  • Willing to participate in a group interview with other users

*No in-game rewards will be distributed for completing this survey.
Following this interview, we plan to conduct periodic surveys of customers in order to improve our products.

  • When responding to the survey, you will need to enter your "Player ID". Please access the survey page from this in-game announcement and confirm that you have entered the correct ID.
  • The duration and content of the survey and interviews are subject to change without notice.

    • We will use any information provided by you for the following purposes:
    -Conducting or administering the survey
    -Sending of notices and other materials related to the survey
