If you are experiencing difficulties while playing, please check the information below.
An ongoing Event isn't appearing on the Event screen or appears as inactive and cannot be played.
Try going to the title screen > Support > Clear cache.
A Summon should have started, but it isn't appearing.
Try restarting the app.
The Exchange Shop isn't displaying correctly.
Try tapping "Reload" at the top of the Exchange Shop screen.
I can't find an opponent or Buddy in PvP, Co-Op, etc.
Please wait a moment and try matching again later.
Items received from the Tournament of Power Ranking Rewards are not appearing correctly.
This issue may occur when there is a communication error.
Please note that Titles and rewards are still received correctly even when they are not displayed or are shown with incorrect amounts.
If you do not see your rewards, try selecting Resync Game Data from the Support menu on the title screen.
Resyncing game data will not erase save data.
Restore cannot be completed normally if it is done after the title screen appears more than twice, or if Restore is performed more than twice while the app is running.
To complete the process successfully, please restore only once at the title screen the first time after launching the app.
There is a display error in the app or there is an error preventing me from proceeding.
Try selecting Resync Game Data from the Support menu on the title screen.
Resyncing game data will not erase save data.
