Due to changes to the X API, account transfer services using an X account may become unavailable starting from approximately 04/27/2023.
Players who currently have X set as their account transfer method should set up a different method of account transfer as soon as possible. For users who currently use X to log in to their Bandai Namco ID, we ask that you secure a different login method.
The login method can be changed by going to the link below and changing the settings under "SNSアカウント連携、メールアドレスなど各種設定はこちら (Social Media Account Linking and Email Settings)". https://www.bandainamcoid.com/portal/accountPortal You can check your account transfer settings in-game by going to Menu > Other > Data Transfer Settings.
