01/06/2022 10:20 PM (CST), there was an issue in which matchmaking for PvP, Hyperdimensional Co-op, and Raids became unstable, and there were also intermittent login issues. However, we would like to report that the issue has now been resolved.
We sincerely apologize to players for the long period of inconvenience caused by this issue.
Cause and Details
This problem occurred due to data transmissions on the network exceeding the allowance, resulting in the loss of data (packet loss).
In order to resolve this issue, we needed several days to investigate the matter; however, the investigation proved difficult and the problem itself required significant time to resolve.
At approximately
01/12/2022 05:21 AM (CST), the network device that we believed was causing the packet loss was identified and disconnected. Following this, data transmissions stabilized, and we believe the problem has been fixed.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
We sincerely apologize to the players who were affected by this issue.
Further Actions to Be Taken
As compensation for the problems this issue has caused players, we will be distributing items and extending certain Missions.
Regarding the "Ring in the New Year with Legends!" Missions, since the Daily Missions were difficult to complete during this time, we will extend the Event Period.

Also, regarding the Happy New Year Raid Event that ended while matchmaking was unstable, we will be launching the World Challenge Raid VS Chilled in its place.
