We have confirmed an issue where players cannot transfer or link data by using "Sign in with Apple" on iPads running iOS 13 or higher.
We are currently investigating this issue and preparing to address it, but we expect it will take some time to be resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause players using affected devices, and we kindly ask for your patience while we work on resolving this issue. In the meantime, we ask that you try using a method other than "Sign in with Apple" to set up a data transfer.
