We apologize for not sending advance notice of the Special Rank Up changes in Festival Duel 2021 Season 1.
From this season on, players who battle in a Rating Match at least once during the season will receive the usual Special Rank Up based on their final Battle Rank at the season's end.
With the 3.9.0 update, the conditions for receiving Battle Rank Season Rewards have changed.
We are terribly sorry that this change was made without giving players advance notice.
Currently, players must participate in at least 15 PvP Rating Matches to receive Battle Rank Season Rewards. This is the same for Ranking Rewards.
The following items will be sent out to compensate for this issue.

Affected Players

Players who participated in one or more Rating Matches in Super Space-Time Duel #69 or Festival Duel 2021 Season 1 and did not receive their Battle Rank Rewards
