(Update) v2.16.0 Update Announcement

The app version was updated on 11/25/2020.
The most recent version is 2.16.0.
To continue to play the game, please update to the latest version in app stores.
Important Notes
  • We recommend downloading in an area with good reception or Wi-Fi.
  • Please be aware that it may be difficult to find a match in PvP for some time after the update.
Having trouble?
In cases where the app displays incorrectly or an error impedes your progression, please try to "Resync Game Data" from the title screen Support Menu.
*Resyncing game data will not erase save data.

Issues Fixed

There are instances when attempting the following Event battles where a "Not enough energy" message may be displayed.
  • Stages 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 51 of the Event "The Return of Cooler"
  • The AWAKENING BATTLE in the Event "Fierce Battle! Demon King Piccolo"

Alongside this fix, the availability of the event "The Return of Cooler" will be extended to 12/14/2020 12:00 AM (CST).
We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused our valued players.
Furthermore, the following issues were fixed on 11/20/2020 05:20 AM (CST).

Issues Fixed

The following events, which can be unlocked by obtaining Event Keys, may unexpectedly become locked again on restarting the app or during battle.
  • Fierce Battle! Demon King Piccolo
  • Legends Road - Goku (Youth) -
  • Eliminate the Earthlings
After you unlock a Mission Plan, the counter for the "Log in for 2 day (s)" Mission doesn't progress when the date changes.
*This fix applies to users who have not unlocked a Mission Plan.
11/25/2020 09:30 PM (CST) Addendum
Alongside fixing this issue, everyone who logged in during the period between the general maintenance ending on 11/18/2020 and 11/22/2020 12:00 AM (CST) has had the count for each Mission Plan's "Log in for X day (s)" advanced by one day.
*This only applies to users who chose a Mission Plan within this period.
We apologize for the confusion this has caused to many of our players and for the issue which prevented you from playing the event. Please accept the following items as a token of our apology.
