Regarding the issue where the effects of Awakening Panels are not reflected for Zenkai Awakened characters in Ultimate Battle,
the version 2.5.0 update to correct it is ready to be implemented into the game, but more time is needed for approval on iOS.
A previous notice stated that an extension into next week was planned for Ultimate Battle, but depending on how long approval takes, we will take one of the following the courses of action:
If Ver. 2.5.0 can't be released by 03/03/2020
Ultimate Battle will not be extended, and the season will end at
03/03/2020 08:00 PM (CST) as planned.
If Ver. 2.5.0 can be released by 03/03/2020
As detailed in the earlier announcement, the Ultimate Battle season will be extended to
03/10/2020 09:00 PM (CDT).
We apologize for the inconvenience we are causing our players, but we would like to ask for your patience until these issues are addressed.
The cause of the issue has been determined and steps to amend it are currently underway.
Issues Under Investigation:
- Zenkai Awakened characters are not correctly gaining the effects of Awakening Panels for their Awakening Rank (Status boosts, Arts levels, Unique Abilities) in Ultimate Battle.
*The replacing of Statuses and Arts effects which occurs when Zenkai Awakening to Awakening Rank I is currently being applied correctly. *The effects of Zenkai Abilities gained from Awakening Ranks are currently being applied correctly.
The issue currently planned to be amended during next week's scheduled maintenance and version update.

Issue Compensation and Response
"Ultimate Battle" will be extended to
03/10/2020 09:00 PM (CDT).
Once the issue is confirmed to have been resolved, the following players will be eligible for compensation.
Affected Players
Players who, prior to the issue being resolved, both possessed a Zenkai Awakened character and played "Ultimate Battle".
Present Items
Notice will be given regarding the distribution of the aforementioned compensation items once affected players have been determined following resolution of the issue.
