Regarding Player Feedback on the Ver 2.0.0 Update

12/11/2019 12:00 AM (CST) ~ 12/25/2019 12:00 AM (CST)
The following is from the Dragon Ball Legends Management Team.
Since the release of the Version 2.0.0 update on 12/04/2019, we have received a lot of feedback from our players. Firstly, we would like to thank you all for this feedback.
It has come to our attention through feedback which was sent to us directly or which was found on social media, that the information released before the update was insufficient and that there was confusion with the overwhelming amount of changes made in the update. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for this.
We have earnestly taken our players' feedback on board and will refer to it in future management and updates to Dragon Ball Legends so that the players can fully enjoy the game.
In particular, we heard a lot about the Limit Break expansion, and so in this announcement we will focus on its future adjustments.

About the Limit Break Expansion

As announced at the time of the Ver 2.0.0 update release, it was too difficult under the previous system to reach higher Limit Break stages and therefore it was adjusted, resulting in the current Limit Break expansion.
In doing this it was intended to not only make it easier to reach the next Limit Break stage, but also allow older characters to continue being effective battle members with each Limit Break, even long after their release.
However, we are now aware that the lack of information provided before the update caused confusion for many players and great disappointment for many others. Once again, we will strive to not make this happen again and would like to apologize.
In the update next week on 12/18/2019, we will revise some gameplay elements in order to make it easier to Limit Break characters in the course of regular gameplay.

Changes to SPARKING Medal and SPARKING Medal Exchange Shop Features (12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST)~)

Until now, the number of SPARKING Medals held was reset alongside each update of the SPARKING Medal Exchange lineup, but this reset will be abolished.
With this change, Multi-Z Power will also be added to the SPARKING Medal Exchange Shop lineup so that other than exchanging for certain characters' Z Powers, you will also be able to Limit Break characters outside the current lineup by using Multi-Z Power on them.
Item Name
Required Number of SPARKING Medals
Multi-Z Power 100 (SPARKING)
10
Multi-Z Power 200 (EXTREME)
10
*You can only hold 1 of each item.
*No use-restrictions on Limit Break stages.
*Cannot be used with characters you haven't acquired yet.
*Some characters, including Shallot, LEGENDS LIMITED characters, and Event-exclusive characters, cannot use Multi-Z Powers.
*Event-exclusive characters are those who have the card numbers DBL-EVT-XXX in the bottom right corner of their character details.
*If using a Multi-Z Power would cause a character's Z Power to exceed its maximum value, the surplus portion will be lost and will not be converted into Z Medals.
Due to these changes, SPARKING Medals obtained between 12/01/2019 12:00 AM (CST) and 12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST) will not be usable as of 12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST).
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience such a sudden change will cause, but we ask that you use any SPARKING Medals before 12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST).
Furthermore, the SPARKING Medal Exchange Shop lineup will change at the same intervals as before, the next update being 02/01/2020 12:00 AM (CST).

Changes to Some Dual Coin Exchange Shop Features (12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST)~)

The exchange rate and contents of Multi-Z Power as set in the Exchange Shop for Dual Coins, obtainable through the new Hyperdimensional Co-Op battle mode, will be revised.
The current Multi-Z Powers will be temporarily removed from the Dual Coin Exchange Shop as of 12/11/2019 12:00 AM (CST), and will be re-added on 12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST) with changes to the use restrictions and exchange rate.
Item Name
Required Number of Dual Coins
Multi-Z Power 50
1000
Multi-Z Power 100 (★4 or higher)
1000
*You can only hold 1 of each item.
*You can exchange for each of the above items up to 5 times. However, the number of exchanges available resets when a Hyperdimensional Co-Op season is updated.
Following these measures, players who exchanged Dual Coins for Multi-Z Power between 12/04/2019 03:00 AM (CST) and 12/11/2019 12:00 AM (CST) will receive compensation separately.
Also, concerning feedback that Limit Breaking LEGENDS LIMITED characters is too difficult, development for ideas such as Multi-Z Power for LEGENDS LIMITED characters is being considered.

Regarding the Next Version Update

An update to resolve the issues found in Ver 2.0.0 is currently being prepared. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these issues, but ask for your patience until they are resolved.

In Conclusion

To express our apologies for the confusion caused by inadequate information before the update and sudden adjustments made to rewards, 500 Chrono Crystals will be distributed to all accounts created before 12/18/2019 12:00 AM (CST). Please enjoy using them.
Distribution Period
From 12/11/2019 12:00 AM (CST)
Until 12/25/2019 12:00 AM (CST)
It may take time for the item (s) to appear as they are not sent simultaneously.
We hope that the players understand that all of the Management Team take player feedback seriously. The team will continue to plan, fine-tune and develop in order for you to keep enjoying Dragon Ball Legends as a whole. Whether it be through obtaining and upgrading characters, receiving content rewards, or competing in the new battle system. We hope you continue to enjoy Dragon Ball Legends.
